session with client to mutually design and understand
these objectives and their relationship to the Site
Strategy. Our project plans include vital information on
the project's objectives, deliverables and schedule so
that expectations are always clearly communicated to all
members of the technical team.
Productive Team
We assign small but, highly productive team. We always
keep communication channel open between technical team
and clients. A typical project will go through a
sequence of structured analysis, that allows us to
research your issues and ideas.
Finally, once the analysis has completed the results
will then be reviewed with your designated personnel and
refined into a structured technical plan in order to
ensure that the objectives have been reached and the
project is determined to be a success. We have the
capability to stay with you beyond taking the site live
and routine maintenance.
